Shreveport, LA – Caddo Parish Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr. administered the oath of office to 12 new deputies on December 17, marking the latest additions to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The newly sworn-in deputies include:

– **Celers Scott**: Part-Time Detective
– **Kendrick Chark**: Corrections
– **Ariel Kelly**: Corrections
– **Susan Cahanin**: Part-Time Mental Health Counselor
– **Audria Jones**: Part-Time Communications
– **Elizabeth Jackson**: Part-Time Tax Department
– **Linda Woods**: Communications
– **Joseph Andrews**: Corrections
– **Kelunta Jefferson**: Corrections
– **Yvette Turner**: Inmate Programs/Counselor

The Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking additional personnel. Applicants aged 21 and older are encouraged to apply for positions, including corrections deputies/security, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, building and groundskeepers, telecommunications officers, and part-time courthouse security.
