Houston, TX –  According to the police officials, the 32-year-old man from Texas, later identified as Franko, was arrested and later charged with murder after he reportedly shot his partner’s parent to death following a dispute. The man killed the 43-year-old victim, Cristopher, by shooting him to death following an argument after the older man and his 23-year-old daughter didn’t want to pay to get into a club.

The fatal incident occurred over the weekend, police officials said. Officers responded to a shooting call only to arrive on scene and find the 43-year-old victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the victim was recently released from jail.

He was at his daughter’s home she was sharing with her 32-year-old boyfriend. The trio was reportedly drinking before they went out to go to a club. After arriving at the destination, they realized that they need to pay to get into the establishment. The 43-year-old victim and his daughter refused to pay, which made the shooter upset. Shortly after, the victim and his daughter exited the shooter’s vehicle, which mage him even more angry.

While the victim and his daughter were walking across the parking lot, the shooter continued to yell at them. The 43-year-old victim then leaned through the car window and grabbed the shooter’s arm. The shooter then grabbed his gun and shot the victim several times, killing him. The dying father then told his daughter to get away from the vehicle. According to the court documents, more than 10 years ago, the shooter was charged with murder for killing his ex’s sibling. Then, the shooter claimed self-defense and the charges were dismissed because the prosecutors didn’t had enough evidence.
