Detroit, MI – According to the police officials, the 50-year-old man, later identified as Tlmothy, was arrested and later charged with multiple charges, including first-degree murder, first degree se-ual conduct, kidnapping and other charges after he killed his 41-year-old friend, who lives next door, before he se-ually assauIted the victim’s chiId and wife. Police officials said the man, who is now facing life in prison without the possibility of parole, went to the victim’s home and killed the man, WiIIiam, in the driveway.
The 50-year-old man then went to the victim’s home and se-ually assaulted the victim’s child and wife. The fatal incident occurred on Wednesday, police officials said. During the investigation process, authorities reprotedly discovered that the 50-year-old man went to his friend, according to police, who lives next door. The man stabbed the 41-year-old victim to death in the drlveway while the victim’s wife was helping their child get ready for the day.
The 50-year-old man then went inside the victim’s residence and se-ually assaulted the victim’s child and wife. Both victims were able to escape and call the authorities. The responding officers found the victim suffering from severe stab wound and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Sheriff Bouhard released the following statement: “The allegations in this case are about as sick as they come. Murdered one of his friends and then se-ually assaulted the victim’s wife and young daughter in the same room. Even for seasoned law enforcement veterans, the emotional trauma on these poor victims is overwhelming. I look forward to him being held accountable.”
