Indiana – An Indiana woman is facing a series of new charges related to the se-ual expIoitation of minors after the defendant’s friend’s son and at least five other victims stepped forward and told authorities about the alleged abuse. She was initially arrested last year on charges of disseminating harmful material to minors and harassment, but now confronts additional allegations as more victims have come forward.
As of March 2025, prosecutors have filed a motion to add ten counts of chiId moIestation, eight counts of disemination of matter harmful to a minor, five counts of contributing to the deIinquency of a minor, and one count of se-ual misconduct with a minor against the 31-year-old woman, later identified as Britany. These charges stem from allegations involving at least five new victims, some as young as 13, bringing the total number of charges to 29.
The married Indiana woman, who worked as an educator at a local high school, is alleged to have had group lntercourse with three to five underage boys and threatening suicide if her victims told authorities. The woman is now accused of se-ually abusing no less than 10 underage boys. Prosecutors said the woman reportedly forced the boys to participate in group se* along with ordering her victims to wear a mask during the act, along with threatening suicide if the victims told authorities.
The investigation began in August 2024 when two students reported receiving inappropriate messages and videos from the woman via social media. One student alleged that the woman confided in him about dreaming of having se* with him, which he perceived as chiId moIestation. The victim, 14, said he met the woman the year earlier when he was in the 7th grade. He did not indicate if the woman was his teacher.
Further inquiries revealed that she allegedly invited minors to her home, providing them with drugs such as marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms. She reportedly coerced these minors into se-ual acts, sometimes threatening self-harm if they refused or disclosed the abuse. In one particularly egregious instance, she allegedly forced boys to wear masks during group se* sessions.
When questioned by authorities, she reportedly showed no remorse for her actions. Instead, she expressed regret over her significant weight loss, implying that these issues would not have arisen had she remained heavier. According to the authorities, one of the victims accused the defendant of drugging him repeatedly and having se* with him when he was 13.
The boy claimed she would invite him and his friends to her house where she would allegedly give them drugs and abuse them. Another victim told police that the 31-year-old woman would put her four children to bed and then try to have se* with the boys. When the boys hesitated, she allegedly told them ‘to let it happen’.
Complicating matters further, the woman’s husband, NichoIas, has also been arrested. He is accused of being aware of his wife’s iIIicit activities and allegedly threatening victims to ensure their silence. Her husband has bonded out and is awaiting trial. He has also been charged in relation to these cases for intimidation of a witness and failure to report. In a surprising twist, the man has filed for divorce, and the two are currently not speaking.
If convicted on all counts, the 31-year-old woman faces a potential sentence of up to 262 years in prison. Her trial is scheduled to commence on June 25, 2025. This case underscores the critical importance of vigilant monitoring and prompt reportin
