Multiple law enforcement agencies collaborated for an enforcement detail on I-220, resulting in numerous traffic stops and citations

Shreveport, LA – According to the CPSO officials, on Friday, the Caddo Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Louisiana State Police, Shreveport Police Department, and Bossier Sheriff’s Office, conducted a Saturated Enforcement Detail on I-220 in Caddo and Bossier Parish.

Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr. reported that the operation, which ran from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., led to 78 traffic stops, including 55 citations, 6 written warning citations, and 17 verbal warnings.

The top speed recorded during the detail was 104 mph.

Sheriff Whitehorn commended all agencies for their outstanding efforts during the operation.
