Shreveport, LA – According to the statement, Shreveport Police Department detectives are actively searching for Cornelius Jackson, also known as “Mookey,” who is wanted in connection with a murder on September 25, 2024, at 1900 Legardy Street.
Homicide Unit personnel worked throughout the day, collecting witness statements, video footage, and evidence that led to Jackson being identified as the suspect.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest on one count of Second-Degree Murder.
Jackson is considered armed and dangerous. Detectives urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Shreveport Police Department or Caddo Crime Stoppers.
