Denver, CO – According to the court documents, the 40-year-old woman, later identified as Dekka, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole after she killed 48-year-old Dacimo two years ago. The victim’s mom told prosecutors that her son was ‘killed for something he did 24 years ago’. The victim’s dad told prosecutors that ‘his son was a good person. He didn’t deserve to go out this way’.
Prosecutors said the defendant, who reportedly had an obsession over child moIesters, was previously found guilty of multiple charges, including: first-degree murder, tampering with body and other charges. According to the court documents, the investigation into the victim’s death began on March 30, 2022. The defendant was taken into custody and charged one week later. But, authorities didn’t found the victim’s body until October 2023.
During the investigators process, authorities reportedly discovered that the defendant killed the victim ‘because he was a registered se* offender who had a relationship with a 17-year-old girl when he was 25. Prosecutors reportedly said that the defendant ‘hated anyone who would moIest a child’. Authorities also discovered that the defendant shot and killed the victim before dlsmembering his body. The woman then stored the remains in refrigerator before transporting them with her vehicle.
During the investigation process, authorities were able to find the victim’s bIood in the defendant’s garage. The victim’s body was found last year after a witness called 911 and told the dispatcher that they found human remains in a bag. The victim’s dad said that his son was a good person and didn’t deserve to go out this way. The victim’s mother, Karren, reportedly said that her son ‘was killed for something he did 24 years ago’.
