Shreveport, LA – According to the Shreveport Fire Department, this unfortunate incident occurred around 7:15 a.m. Saturday.
It happened in the 4000 block of Ralph Place.
Shreveport Fire Department crews responded to a report of a garage fire.
The responding crews discovered that one person had left the house and was with a neighbor when they arrived on scene.
The fire crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire.
The cause of fire is under investigation by the Shreveport Police Department.
