Kansas City, MO – According to the police officials, the 25-year-old man, later identified as Codi, was arrested and later charged with child moIestation, s0domy and statutory r-pe after authorities discovered that 7 children were subjected to se-ual and physical abuse and negIect. During the investigation process, authorities also discovered that the kids were also forced to stay in animaI cages and were beaten regularly.
Authorities also said that this is the third arrested in connection with the case. Per reports, 42-year-old BiIIy (SEE PHOTO) and 49-year-old HoIIy were also taken into custody and later charged with abuse or neglect of a child. The investigation process began last month after authorities had an interview with one of the victims, who is reportedly in close relation to BiIIy, L&C reported.
During an interview with investigators, the unidentified girl reportedly said that she and her four sisters were subjected to se-ual acts by the 25-year-old suspect. The unidentified girl also told investigators that when she told BiIIy about the moIestation, the man reportedly told her to go live with a relative and didn’t do anything about it. The 42-year-old man previously told the girl and her sisters that they were lying and didn’t know what they were talking about.
During an interview with investigators, the girl also said that 49-year-old HoIIy reportedly forced two of the youngest victims to stay in animal cage as a form of punishment. The woman would also regularly beat the children. Police officials released a statement, saying that the children were between 12 and 14 years old when they were abused. The 25-year-old suspect had been staying in the home with the victims. The 25-year-old man is being held without bond, court records say.
