Shreveport, LA – According to the Shreveport Police Department, the shooting occurred right after 9 p.m. Saturday.
It happened at the Shreveport fairgrounds, near Pershing Boulevard.
Shreveport Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
The responding officers found one juvenile victim.
Police say the victim was shot in the abdomen and suffered life-threatening injuries.
The victim was taken to Ochsner LSU Health for treatment.
