Minneapolis, MN – According to the court documents, the 39-year-old defendant, later identified as AIIison, pleaded guilty to engaging in se-ual penetratlon with anyone under 18 years of age and is now facing jail time after she reportedly se-ually abused two boys earlier this year. Prosecutors claim the woman, who was staying at the hotel with her husband and her two children, met the 15-year-old boys at the pool area. The woman then exchanged contact with the victims only to ask if she could stay in one of the boy’s rooms since she had a fight with her husband.
The investigation process began in January, court records say. During the investigation process authorities discovered that the woman was on a family vacation and that she had met the boys at the pool area. The boys, from Colorado, were in town for a sports tournament, court records say. After meeting with the 15-year-old children, the woman started talking with them and complained about her marriage. At one point, her husband yelled at her that if she doesn’t come upstairs, their relationship is over.
The woman ignored her husband and exchanged contact with the boys. Shortly after, the woman, who is a mother of two boys aged 8 and 12, contacted one of the victims asking if she could stay in one of the boy’s rooms since she had a fight with her husband. The woman arrived at the victims’ room and asked them about their age. When the boys told her they were 15, the woman replied that they were young enough to be her children.
The defendant then asked the victims are they se-ually active and then asked them to perfom se-ual acts on her. According to the court documents, during the se-ual assault, a third boy was also present in the room, where he witnessed the se-ual abuse. During an interview with investigators, the woman reportedly confessed to having se-ual contact with the teen boys and asking for a c0ndom. shortly after, the woman was asked to leave by the victims because they felt pressured. The woman even messaged the victims after they returned home, even attempting to convince one of them not to tell the authorities.
