The department extended a public shoutout to the graduates, applauding their commitment to saying “NO” to drugs and “YES” to positive decisions. SPD described the students as “future leaders” and praised their efforts in completing the well-known program.

The department encouraged the community to join in applauding the students’ success and continued positive direction.
“Way to go, graduates — we D.A.R.E. you to keep being awesome!” the department wrote in a celebratory message.
The D.A.R.E. program remains a cornerstone in community-policing efforts, bridging the gap between law enforcement and youth through mentorship, education, and empowerment.
