Armed felon arrested during traffic stop in Shreveport

Shreveport, LA – Shreveport Police Department officers arrested 25-year-old Jakoby Fraizer on Oct. 13 after stopping a vehicle for multiple violations just after 7 PM.

During the stop, officers discovered Fraizer was in possession of a firearm.

Fraizer is prohibited from owning a gun due to a prior conviction for aggravated assault with a firearm.

Police said the arrest removed another armed individual from the streets as part of their ongoing efforts to prevent illegal gun possession.
