Shreveport, LA – Shreveport police have arrested Danny Levy, a repeat offender accused of stealing packages from doorsteps across multiple neighborhoods.
Levy, who had been identified through community-shared images, was taken into custody after an off-duty officer recognized him and alerted on-duty personnel.
Investigators revealed that Levy used public transportation to move between neighborhoods, stealing deliveries left outside homes.
Community involvement played a key role in his arrest, as residents provided images and video footage of his alleged thefts.
Levy, who has multiple past theft convictions, now faces four counts of felony theft.
