Shreveport firefighters participate in Servant Leader Day at local school

Shreveport, LA – Shreveport Fire Department joined Ascension Classical School for Servant Leader Day, giving students a chance to learn about public service and community safety.

Firefighters engaged with students, explaining what it means to serve the community and allowing them to explore a fire truck up close.

The department’s Bomb Squad also demonstrated their bomb robot in action, providing an interactive experience for attendees.

The fire department emphasized the importance of inspiring the next generation and teaching students that service, safety, and community go hand in hand.
