Shreveport firefighters rescue pet trapped under neighbor’s house

Shreveport, LA – Yesterday morning, Shreveport Fire Department crews responded to a call involving a dog stuck under a neighbor’s home.

The dog had slipped her chain and became trapped, with the chain wrapped around a pipe.

Firefighters carefully worked to free the animal without causing any injuries.

Caddo Animal Control was on the scene and took the dog into their care.

Authorities are now working to locate her owner so she can be safely reunited with her family.
