Shreveport police arrest four on drug and gun charges following traffic stop

Shreveport, LA – On February 5, 2025, Shreveport Police Department officers stopped a black Hyundai Elantra for speeding on I-20 West at Jewella Avenue. The stop led to the discovery of over two pounds of marijuana and multiple smaller packages, resulting in drug and firearm charges for four of the five occupants.

Arrested:
– Brandon Washington (12/8/2002): Possession of Schedule I with intent to distribute, illegal carrying of weapons with drugs, felon in possession of a firearm, speeding, no driver’s license
– Javon Green (2/13/2000): Possession of Schedule I with intent to distribute, illegal carrying of weapons with drugs

Issued Summonses: 
– Jordan Fuggins (11/23/2000): Possession of approximately 26 grams of marijuana
– Miracle Washington (4/16/2000): Possession of approximately 8.6 grams of marijuana
