Shreveport police arrest two suspects in connection with the death of a man whose burned body was found in a car

Shreveport, LA – According to the police officials, Tramarciea Ruffins and Jamaria Wanya Cornelious have been arrested and charged with one count each of Second-Degree Murder. 

Police say Tramarciea Ruffins was already in custody on other charges at the Caddo Correctional Center.

This incident occurred on Sept. 26. It happened in the 5500 block of North Industry Rd.

Shreveport Police Department officers responded to a vehicle fire.

The responding officers found a burned body in the car.

Investigators discovered that the victim suffered a gunshot wound.
