Shreveport, LA – According to the police officials, in the early hours of June 21, 2024, Shreveport police officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle at approximately 2:24 a.m.
The driver, however, refused to comply and led officers on a pursuit that extended into Bossier City.
Once the vehicle eventually came to a halt, the driver fled on foot. In response, SPD deployed K9 Enzo to assist in the search.
Demonstrating exceptional skill and training, K9 Enzo successfully tracked and located the 15-year-old suspect, resulting in their apprehension. The juvenile now faces multiple charges related to the incident.
The Shreveport Police Department commends K9 Enzo and the officers involved for their swift and effective response in ensuring the safety of the community.
