Shreveport Police seek public help locating suspect wanted for identity theft, vehicle theft, and fraud

Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Hollie Jean Scroggins, born Dec. 16, 1980.

Authorities said Scroggins allegedly used a stolen identity to rent a vehicle, which led investigators to identify her as a suspect.

She is wanted on charges of identity theft, theft of a motor vehicle, and access device fraud.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Shreveport Police Department at 318-673-7300 or Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373. Tips to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous.
