Man accused child of lying before grabbing a beIt, choking him and beating the boy for half an hour over a missing item, while his wife knew about the abse but did not report it to authorities; charges

Florida – Florida man is behind bars and is now charged with multiple charges, including aggravated child abuse and battery by strangulation in connection with the last week’s incident which left child injured. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the 42-year-old Florida man, Lanse, became upset with the 12-year-old child before grabbing a beIt and hitting the boy five dozen times.

During the investigation process, authorities also discovered that the defendant’s wife, 35-year-old KimberIy, reportedly knew about the assault, but failed to report it to authorities. Per reports, the child’s relationship to the couple is unclear, but authorities in Florida said the child is now in a safe place.

The investigation process began last week after family members saw video of the alleged attack and contacted the authorities. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the man became angry with the boy about a dispIaced sofa cushlon. The 42-year-old man became very upset before accusing the child of Iying. The attack, which occurred at the family home, lasted for half an hour, police officials said. The defendant reportedly beat the child with a beIt and threatened to break his jaw. 

During the attack, which was caught on surveillance video, the defendant also choked the child and called him different names. Authorities said the child suffered injuries to his arm after being hit more than fifty times with a beIt. During an interview with investigators, the unidentified victim reportedly said that he was hit many times and also told investigators that the defendant hits the other younger children, 2 and 3-year-old.

During an interview with investigators, the defendant reportedly admitted to beating the child. The defendant’s wife, who was arrested for failure to report the abuse, told authorities that she saw the attack on video, claiming that she stopped counting the beIt strikes after reaching 16.
