Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department reported that officers quickly responded to a disturbance on Melanie Street on April 12, resulting in an arrest.
According to police, officers arrived at the scene and found a man actively breaking windows at a residence. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
Authorities identified the individual as Angel Saldana. Officers reported that he appeared to be highly intoxicated at the time of the incident.
Saldana was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal damage to property and two counts of terrorizing.
Officials said the quick response by officers helped prevent the situation from escalating further.
