Los Angeles, CA – According to the court documents, the defendant, later identified as MarceIino, will be sentenced to 7 years behind bars after he pleadid guilty to multiple charges, including Iewd acts on a child 14 or 15 years old, Iewd acts on a child younger than 14, injuring a child and other charges. The man was a fster parent to several children, including 5 who were victims of chiId abuse at the hands of their bioIogical parents.
The defendant’s wife Rossa, and their daughter Lenny also pleaded guilty to multiple charges in connection with the abuse and will be sentenced to a four-year suspended sentence and probation. Prosecutors said that the victims, 5 minor children, were sent to live with the defendants after their bioIogical parents were arrested. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the fster parent se-ually moIested the children nearly five dozen times.
The children, who were victims of previous chiId abuse at the hands of their bioIogical parents, were also forced by the fster parents to stay in their rooms and were recommended by their dad they not wear undershirts. The man also forced kissed the children, court records say. The bioIogical parents of the children, Loise and Davld, were sentenced to 25 years to life behind bars after they se-ually abused 12 of their children. One of the victims told authorities that her dad began se-ually abusing her since age 12. Per reports, the parents also regularly beat and restrained their children, fed them just once a day, and only allowed them a shower once a year
Per reports, all victims had no contact with the outside world. After the parents were arrested, officials placed the victims with a couple, MarceIino and Rossa, certified as foster parents. Unfortunately, the children were subjected to continued and even worse forms of abuse. Authorities said the f0ster parents knew they were unfit to be parents, because both had a prior history of physically and emotionally abusing and severely neglecting children who had been placed in their care. The victims have filed a lawsuit against the county and the foster care agency that placed them with the fster parents.
