Milwaukee, WI – According to the court documents, the young mom, later identified as 24-year-old Nattasha, was sentenced to 1 year in prison and 3 years of probation after pleading guilty to chiId abuse. Prosecutors claim the young mother reportedly abused her little child, while being recorded on camera. The mother’s 26-year-old friend, later identified as Ammara, was also arrested in connection with the incident because she reportedly hit one of the responding officers.
She received 3 years probation after she was found guilty of battery to a poIice officer. This unfortunate incident occurred last year. Authorities began their investigation after they saw the mom’s video. In the video, the woman can be seen approaching her little son only to grab the 2-year-old child by the hair and start to pull violently in all directions.
The unidentified child started crying in pain. Police officials said that the mother’s friend (SEE PHOTO), was holding the child in her lap while the mother was abusing him. Prosecutors claim the mom’s friend didn’t made any attempt to stop or prevent the attack. During an interview with investigators, both the mother and her friend denied about Nattasha’s son being abused.
During the trial, the judge reportedly stated the terms of probation, which included: not entering any liquor stores or bars, not using drugs or having contact with drug dealers, and not having contact with any child. The young mom would also have to complete a parenting course and a health assessment, court records say.
