Tennessee – Tennessee woman was ordered to spend more than 2 decades in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges, including statutory r-pe by an authority figure, aggravated statutory r-pe, se-ual expIoitation of a minor by electronic means and other charges after prosecutors say she se-ually abused up to up to 21 victims, between the ages of 12 and 17. The woman also gave birth to a baby whose father is one of her victims. The 38-year-old defendant, AIissa, is not allowed to have contact with her victims, nor her newborn child, who is in the custody of the grandmother.
According to the court documents, the woman, who worked as an educator before she was suspended and now lost her license, reportedly r-ped 12-year-old student before becoming pregnant with his baby. Prosecutors say the woman se-ually abused up to up to 21 victims, between the ages of 12 and 17. She was sentenced to 25 years in prison without the possibility of parole and will also be required to undergo community supervision for life as part of her plea deal. The Tennessee woman was taken into custody last year after 16-year-old boy told police that the educator performed or-I se* on him when he was 12 years old.
The woman was taken into custody and ordered not to have any contact with her victims. During the investigation process, authorities in Tennessee discovered that the woman, who also has two small children, called the 12-year-old boy, who is the father of her baby, sent se-ual photos to him and threatened to take her own life if the boy ever break up with her. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the woman first became friends with the victims’ mothers before she groomed the victims.
While out on bail, the woman reportedly acquired a different phone number and called the father of her baby. She was then taken into custody again. During an interview with investigators, the woman reportedly admitted to having an lntercourse with the boy, who was not identified due to his age. Prosecutors said the woman’s children were bullied after their mom was arrested and had to be withdrawn from school. Multiple underage victims came forward to say they were befriended by their former teeacher, who invited them to play video games with her and connected with them on social media apps. The woman later admitted to communicating inappropriately with former students, sending n-de photos and requesting se-ual relationships with the victims.
According to the court documents, while out on bail, the defendant reportedly called the 12-year-old victim to tell him: ‘I’m going to raise this baby. I can do this.’ ‘This was a mistake, this is my burden,’ the caller told him in a text message. ‘OMG delete this number, please don’t get me in trouble.’ Another message read: ‘I’m just really scared, I don’t even know if it’s you or not. ‘I will never text you again. You will never hear from me again, just please don’t say anything.’ She was rearrested after telling the 12-year-old she was pregnant and warning he would ‘regret’ testifying against her.
