CPSO welcomes ten new deputies during swearing-in ceremony, highlighting growth across multiple departments

Shreveport, LA – Caddo Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr. officially swore in ten new deputies for the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office on June 16.

The new additions represent a range of roles across the department, including corrections, real-time crime, administrative, tax and revenue, finance, and food service.

The newly sworn-in deputies are Milsquala Frank and Marqueshia Green (Corrections); Iman Tanner, Darrell Smith II, Kayesha Mitchell, and Kiara Douglas (Real-Time Crime); Vanna Maitland (CCC Administrative Executive Secretary); Jacqueline Lockett (Tax/Revenue); Jacqueline Williams (Finance); and Kisha Hawkins (Food Service Director).

In addition to welcoming new personnel, the sheriff’s office is actively recruiting for multiple positions. Applicants aged 21 and older can apply for roles such as corrections deputies/security, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, building and groundskeepers, and part-time courthouse security.
