Shreveport Police thank community for support during Queensborough ‘Block by Block’ initiative

Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department extended its gratitude to residents, officers, and community partners who participated in the latest Block by Block initiative held in the Queensborough neighborhood.

Led by Chief Smith and supported by officers and local organizations, the effort brought neighbors together to address blight, promote safety, and build stronger community ties.

The department highlighted the event as an example of meaningful collaboration aimed at real, long-term solutions.
