Shreveport, LA – Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith and members of the Shreveport Police Department joined Mayor Tom Arceneaux and other city employees for the Block by Block initiative in the Stoner Hill neighborhood.
The event brought city leaders and community members together for an evening focused on building stronger connections.
