Shreveport, LA – The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office announced that its Community Relations and Crime Prevention Unit will host a First Aid and CPR Training class designed for adults later this month.
The interactive workshop is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 28, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Safety Town, located at 8910 Jewella Avenue in Shreveport.
Organizers said the training will focus on teaching participants how to respond in emergencies and provide critical assistance to individuals in need of first aid.
Instructors from the Sheriff’s Office will guide attendees through practical skills and safety techniques that can be applied in everyday situations.
