Shreveport, LA – Shreveport Police Department reported that Chief Wayne Smith met with several Criminal Justice students at Louisiana State University Shreveport this week.
During the visit, Chief Smith discussed various aspects of police work and careers in public safety.
The department said it values engaging with the next generation of law enforcement professionals and hopes some students will join SPD in the future.
