Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department reported that officers arrested Robert Moore following a domestic dispute on November 23, 2025, at 3800 Merwin Street.
According to authorities, the victim stated that Moore had taken phones and prevented them from calling 911.
Moore faces two counts of simple robbery and two counts of interfering with emergency communication.
Police reminded the public that preventing someone from contacting emergency services is a crime and will be prosecuted.
