Closure of LA Highway 169 Due to Downed Power Lines

Shreveport, LA – According to the CPSO officials, LA Highway 169 is closed between Highway 1 and Mooringsport Road because of downed power lines caused by a fallen tree.

Travelers heading to Oil City will need to take Highway 169 North to Gamm Road and then to Highway 530 until the tree is removed and the power lines are safely repaired.
