Shreveport, LA – According to the state officials, these closures are essential for the commencement of concrete pavement repairs by the contractor responsible for the I-20 rehabilitation project.
These repairs will target areas beyond the current major reconstruction zone.
Lane closures will be in effect from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on weekends.
To ensure continuous traffic flow, at least one lane will remain open at all times.
The initial focus will be on the stretch between Pines Road and Monkhouse Drive, with this phase expected to last approximately two months, contingent upon weather conditions.
