Shreveport, LA – According to the statement, Shreveport Police Department officials are encouraging residents to consider organizing a neighborhood watch, with support available from SPD’s Community-Oriented Policing officers.

Recently, SPD held an interest meeting on Herndon Street in the Highland area to help neighbors unite for a safer community.
