The Shreveport Police Community Oriented Policing Bureau spent an enjoyable day with seniors at the Valencia Park, AB Palmer Park, and Hattie Perry Park SPAR recreation centers

Shreveport, LA – According to the police officials, officers from the Community Liaison Officers and Neighborhood Action Teams engaged in activities like beanbag baseball, blackjack, and dominoes while sharing essential safety tips for seniors and promoting the upcoming National Night Out.

In addition to the fun games, officers assisted with serving brunch, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved.

The event highlighted the importance of community connections and ensuring seniors feel safe, supported, and appreciated.
