Shreveport, LA – According to the statement, the 36-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Friday.
His name is Andrew Campbell and he is charged with video voyeurism.
On May 31, CPSO Youth Services Detective Ray Saunders received a complaint about a juvenile being recorded while in the shower.
Further investigation recovered by investigators determined that the 36-year-old suspect was responsible for the illegal recordings.
CPSO officials said that Campbell previously served 15 years for murder.
He was booked into Caddo Correctional Center and is being held without bond.
