Ouachita Parish, LA – According to the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, his name is Chad Edward Howington and he was arrested on Tuesday.
Deputies were called by an agent at a local bail bonds for assistance.
The responding deputies found one bag and one black box on the hood of the agent’s vehicle.
The deputies reportedly found 23 suboxone strips, 6 grams of methamphetamine and a small scale.
The 38-year-old suspect said that the items and the narcotics were his.
Howington was arrested and taken into custody.
He is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
