Woman seriously injured in single-vehicle crash on Lakeshore Drive

Shreveport, LA – According to the Shreveport Police Department, this unfortunate accident occurred around 10:21 p.m. Sunday.

It happened in the 4200 block of Lakeshore Drive.

Shreveport Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.

The responding officers discovered that the female driver was reportedly headed eastbound on Lakeshore Drive when she hit the end of a bridge.

Police said the woman suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
