Caddo Parish, LA – According to the statement, the 30-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Thursday.
Her name is Tiffany Moore and she is now charged with second-degree murder.
Right before 8 a.m. Thursday morning, the 30-year-old woman visited Vivian Police Department to report that she had stabbed her 50-year-old boyfriend, CPSO officials said.
Minutes later, a neighbor called 911 and reported the crime.
Vivian Police Department officers and Caddo Parish Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene in the 200 block of East Texas Avenue.
They discovered that the victim was stabbed once in his chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
After a thorough investigation, detectives arrested Moore.
