Shreveport, LA – Police say the shooting happened right after 6 p.m. Friday.
It happened at the intersection of the 3300 and 3400 block of Fredrick Street.
Shreveport Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found a female victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police say the woman was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The extent of her injuries is unknown at this time.
No suspects have been arrested yet.
