Authorities investigating after teenager shot and killed in Shreveport

Shreveport, LA – According to the Shreveport Police Department, this unfortunate incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. Monday. 

It happened in the 700 block of Turner Lane.

Shreveport Police Department responded to a shooting call.

The teenager was riding a motorized dirt-bike when someone in an SUV pulled up alongside and opened fire, police say.

The responding officers found one male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Police say the teenage victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Authorities are looking for another individual who was riding with the victim.
