Caddo Parish, LA – According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, the 31-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Sunday, April 24.
His name is Gavin Turner and he is now charged with cruelty to juveniles.
CPSO officials received a report about the abuse on Sunday.
After an interview with the juvenile along with evidence of bruises on the child’s body, the 31 year-old suspect was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center.
This incident remains under investigation.
