Police: One person injured after Tuesday afternoon shooting in Shreveport

Shreveport, LA – According to the Shreveport Police Department, the shooting occurred right before 5 p.m. Tuesday.

It happened in the 400 block of West 76th Street.

Shreveport Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.

When the officers arrived on scene, they found one male victim.

The victim suffered non life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police say a grey vehicle drove by the victim’s house and opened fire.

This incident remains under investigation.
